Though the course gives many examples of specific phrases and responses that can be used generically, the strategies Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser propose must be modified slightly to fit the business and situation you are promoting. You will come across a few situations that are not discussed specifically. If you are looking for a word for word script that will cover every situation you may encounter, this course is not for you. The CD’s are more detailed than the manual, so you should also be comfortable learning by audio and taking some notes to benefit from this course.
