Why Check out the Black Belt Recruiting Course?

If you’re anything like me, Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser’s Black Belt Recruiting is another in a long line of material on how to deal with your prospects, what to say on the phone, and how to ‘close’ them with your opportunity. To be honest, none of these courses and reports really resonated with me in the past, so I was a bit skeptical as to whether the content in the Black Belt Recruiting CD series was going to be worth my time. In the end, the reputations of Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser made me decide to check it out. The 100% money back full year guarantee if you are not able to sponsor at least 10 leads into your business each month didn’t hurt either.

What is Black Belt Recruiting?

Black Belt Recruiting consists of a series of CD’s and a manual. There were six cd’s in the advanced copy I had sent to me. It is conversational in style, with Mike Dillard interviewing Mark Wieser about how to deal with prospects on the phone. It sounds fairly straight forward, and it is. Dillard and Wieser present a very no nonsense and useful approach without hype, discussing what to look for in prospects, how to talk to them, sign them up in your business opportunity, and deal with objections.

Is Black Belt Recruiting Worth Your Time?

I’ve listened to the entire course twice and the CD’s are currently sitting in my car waiting for my next drive so I can listen to them a third time. As someone who really does not like to waste my time, this should be enough of an indication that I believe this course to be of exceptional quality and value. What I have already learned in Black Belt Recruiting will enable me to avoid many time-draining and money-draining headaches, and I am sure I will pick up a few more tips the next time I go through it as well.

Are these Recruiting Skills Necessary for Online Business?

Many find marketing on the internet appealing because there are a lot of things we can work on at our computers without having to deal directly with people on the phone or in person. My observations suggest that anyone who tries getting away without knowing how to talk to prospects will find miserable success. You can use the internet to generate leads for free, but you will need to talk to them somehow in order for them to join your opportunity.
In Black Belt Recruiting, Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser map out how to approach your prospects on the phone, what to say, and when to say it. They both admit to have started their businesses with an unhealthy fear of the phone and show how they conquered that fear. Their material on common objections and how to answer them is golden…worth the cost of the entire series in itself.

Can Black Belt Recruiting Help You Tailor Your Organization?

I spent eight years as a software engineer working for HP. During this time I had very little choice of who I would be working with from day to day and I certainly did not have the choice if I would work and when I would work. This course teaches the principles of building an organization by carefully defining and choosing who you want to work with. It is presented by two of the most experienced and successful group builders on the internet: Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser. If anyone has earned a black belt in recruiting, I would expect it to be these guys.

Are there Drawbacks?

Many inexperienced network marketers are seeking word for word scripts and step by step processes. Black Belt Recruiting is designed for any business that is dealing with prospects. Though the course gives many examples of specific phrases and responses that can be used generically, the strategies Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser propose must be modified slightly to fit the business and situation you are promoting. You will come across a few situations that are not discussed specifically. If you are looking for a word for word script that will cover every situation you may encounter, this course is not for you. The CD’s are more detailed than the manual, so you should also be comfortable learning by audio and taking some notes to benefit from this course.

What is My Overall Impression of Black Belt Recruiting?

Black Belt Recruiting gets two thumbs up. The course has already changed my mindset on how I will be building my business for years to come. If recruiting is even a small part of your business, taking advantage of this material will be very valuable to you.
